Patients usually present with a combination of many of the above and needs individual management once the have been identified, the balance between rest and pacing any activity, and finding the limits of fatigue and stress. This is often a multidisciplinary team involving Physiotherapy (who gets you going) and Occupational Therapy (who gets you doing) and Behavioural Optometry (who addresses where and when of life)
